Site will go down 2 to 3 times a year. I pay for the biggest dedicated server and the tech support line is way too long. Looking for a new service provider.
I have been waiting for almost a year to get my website completed. Go elsewhere.
I've done business with them for many years. They're reasonable to work with.
A once decent company has fallen very far from its former self. The web Tools are old and tired, the pricing is no longer inline with the service, and support is poor. I would suggest you look elsewhere for these services or risk being disappointed often.
Karl is incredible, they really value their business. Most web hosts over time get a little worse but Inmotion has actually gotten better, better servers, better support. Kudos!
