Webserver down. They did it to me again. I was told there was going to be ZERO downtime on a server upgrade. All my sites are down. This company cannot be trusted. We have a dedicated server with support, yet they do not run software updates, and Cpanel functionality and modules don't always work. I wish I had stayed with my former host.
Honestly I've found InMotion really good - their chat is available 24 hours 7 days a week. I've been hosting several sites for coming up to a decade now and I don't think I've ever really had more than 5 minutes of downtime in any given year and then only because I've done something stupid.
Can not get simple, direct answer from chat agents how much service is. Good luck, if you can even get signed up with them. I went a different direction because I do not like being lied to about how much my subscription is going to be. Response to reply: when I ask how much it is going to be for 5 websites? I say I want everything included, migration, ssl, firewalls, malware scanned and removed, plus things I have never heard of, you can make up to add, all add-ons, all extra things, all fees and taxes, and still can not beg... read more
Beware, this company can block your site without any notice and they won't even allow you to move your files to another company, over a false flag. Total scam.
Untrustworthy, look somewhere else if you value your business.
