Mieko is an incredible body worker! She embodies great expertise and attention to detail, and I always feel like I’m in great hands when I receive a Rolfing session from her. After every session I feel a great release of tension in my body, and a clear relaxed state of mind. Mieko worked with both me and my 8 year old son. She did an incredible job with my son and helped him with some chronic aches and pains from intensive jiu jitsu training. I had a large history of injuries and in one hour Mieko made my pain go away! I wish I could live closer to do consistent sessions with her. She is not only talented but also very professional and knowledgeable about the human body (and athletes in particular)
