Absolutely disorganized, chaotic place. You tell your story/problems to 1, but have to repeat it every time you see a new person. We were sent here from Kaiser Urgent Care as a ASAP patient, but had to sit in the waiting room for a very long time. They came to my husband's chair to talk to him about his issues, in the waiting area. We had to talk to a doctor in front of many people. Where's the privacy? Just not ok.
Call me fancy because I am a Bay Area native with actual good hospitals. I had submitted a formal complaint to the board of nursing please be wary of the nurse name Jojo I have written the CEO and the patient relation Check out this horrible IV
This place is literally hell I have called the police because the nurses have been ignoring me and my care. I do not feel safe here this is today 4/22/26 9:07pm the nurses are are bully me currently. Charge nurse is arguing with me and making my symptoms worst and saying “I remember you” I will be making a formal complaint with the hospital if I don’t die from the lack of care of these incompetent nurses.
