First visitation went terrible. I called them upfront what documentation do I need since I don’t have driver license and all they said was come in we’ll help you. Later on, found out that I need NZ bank account which they could told me before they asked me to come in. Today I went back again with all the documentation and my NZ bank account. Everything went smooth. I prolly just waited 20mins to be served. The lady who worked at counter was so kind. Everything went perfect. I’ll receiving IRD in 1-2 business days.
You like to send threatening letters to the debt collectors who shoot people for their living. Yet when I'm trying to get in touch with IRD over a $300 overdue student loan that I'm willing to pay $20 as agreed, IRD just sends threatening letters and if I respond, they take 15 days. I guess our tax goes towards greed governments
Not nice old lady.
We attended on 23 December 2025. The gentleman was super friendly and efficient. He made an often painful task for customers painless for us.
