I visited the IRD Takapuna branch and was assisted by Frances, who was extremely kind and helpful. She patiently explained the process and quickly solved the issue I had with my myIR account. I really appreciate her support. Although this branch has some low reviews, my experience was excellent, so I’m giving it 5 stars!

I visited the Takapuna IRD this week for a serious issue, and Linda at the front desk was incredibly friendly and professional. She followed up within two days and quickly helped me resolve a major problem. Her experience and ability to handle complex situations really stood out, and I truly felt supported throughout the process. Since they have moved to to the new location by the O2 building there is no public parking Witch makes it very hard for people like my mum Finding somewhere to park as there is limited park and pay space and you have to pay by paywave witch she doesn't have on her card Very disappointing
Honestly their service just gets worse every year it's so hard to get help over the phone .what's the point in having a website when it doesn't work ! Inland revenue needs a massive restructuring because they are just a massive waste of taxpayer money at this point ..would never happen if was privately run but when you have a never ending supply of taxpayers money you can continue to run a shambles of a operation year in year out without repercussions .. especially when your ceo mr mersi earns over $400,000 a year you would ... read more
