Poor service, poor support then expects tax payers to be poliet when making a complaint. Joke of the century, IRD was one of my top 5 reasons for ditching NZ, they ranked # 3 in my list of 10 incase you were wondering. International lines not getting through & yet you want to lay claim over my overseas income which you did not help earn or worked the hours I did, what's next - You want my lunch money too?
