After struggling with the IRD online platforms, and poor customer service from the Invercargill IRD, I was in need of panadol, you see I had one heck of a headache and my eyes were hurting. I decided to, once more, phone IRD and this is while I waited in the Invercargill office. I spoke with Ben Lowth from Tauranga. Ben was welcoming and friendly. Invercargill office Yarrow Street. In first thing this morning just before open hours. Once inside the building I had no idea where to find IRD offices. You see, the signage is hidden behind closed white doors. Fortunately, 2 people were waiting and they pointed to the white wooden doors. Staff arrived, didn't look pleased, no morning greetings. Just opened the doors and fluffed off. And that sums up the customer service. A big fat zero/0
