5 stars from my perspectives as an ordinary tax payer, an employer and a tax agent. Dealing with IRD is a part of my life in the 3 roles. I greatly appreciate how IRD makes things super easy in tax filing and also IRD is fair. My company was charged a penalty, it was removed after I sent them a message and a phone call from them.

Too slow service we are applied ird numbers but waiting 2 weeks . single ird numbers visit 3 times
I called from Australia to arrange the payment or to talk about my financial situation honestly the lady shouted at me like I’m making any crime that I go through hard situation. And also as English is my second language I asked for clarity she was so rude to repeat it. If I go back to 9 years ago I would never put myself getting loan to study anything because the disrespect the customer service had is not worth to ruin my days. I hang up the phone to call again in order to speak with someone else
