I have tried calling the past 2x days and the IRD keep saying they can’t take my call right now? How useless and sad is it that they aren’t funded/supported enough staff wise to be able to even answer the phone How are you supposed to get a hold of someone?
What’s the point of having this service when they can’t even answer the phone
