This bank is great when they're actually open but they have a tendency to close early randomly on a lot of weekends. Just came by today and they decided to close at noon when it's not even a holiday weekend. I wouldn't count on their posted online hours because it seems dependable half the time.
If I can give zero stars I would. We have been with them for over 20 years, I have had excellent experience with Jeff in the past. However with Audie I have never been more disappointed with customer service due to their error of emailing… refused to help us because they closed in an hour and the paper work would take more than hour mind you on the phone he said it would take 5-10 minutes to assist us.
