Inland bank is small time, which is great, but if you want to get stuff done, like get your mortgage approved, they will trip you up, slow the process down, and squander your opportunities. Because of their bumbling ineptitude and slowness, I lost several properties that sold while the folks at Inland were taking FOREVER approving a loan for the buyer of my property in Chicago. I am buying on the East Coast where the market is moving at lightening speed, and these bumpkins really held me back. Don’t use them if you can help ... read more
