They are rude. They also said that they did not find our name in database but they did never enter our names as they are fake and have no database. Moreover, They were scamming people since many years and I was a new victim. I felt dissatisfied with Brandon Forney's handling of my mortgage—communication and transparency issues during the loan process.
Brandon and this company provided poor communication and did not offer alternative loan options or discuss work history. They abruptly ended the loan process without any further contact. I would not recommend Brandon or this company unless you enjoy being deceived and exploited.
