If you have an option to stay elsewhere... YOU SHOULD! I have no other choice... biggest concern is the employees working in the office.. they are uneducated in disabled tenants rights, and some employees are very rude... But if you have no where else to go, dont mind bugs and mold... then fill out an application to move here. Great place to stay if you have low or no income and dont wanna live on the streets.
We're a property management company managing 200+ section 8 units. 3 year ago - they were 6 months late to pay rent. Recently, they swore that they've changed and are no longer incompetenant. Unfortunently, Nancy Stanford is still working there and Danita Scott isn't helping her not be a fool. They hired a new director that ran the section 8 department and she was amazing but she left after 1 year. I've been here years, and I can only compliment 2 workers for doing an amazing job here. (Aaron Cooper, and Jason ( maintenance)) The rest needs extra training.
Place is cracking down on security and living environment it's a lot going on especially with the living credentials of the housing units but they're snapping down on a lot it's ok for income situations section 8 etc but you can make the most of their living requirements
