I've been here years, and I can only compliment 2 workers for doing an amazing job here. (Aaron Cooper, and Jason ( maintenance)) The rest needs extra training.
Place is cracking down on security and living environment it's a lot going on especially with the living credentials of the housing units but they're snapping down on a lot it's ok for income situations section 8 etc but you can make the most of their living requirements

They are horrible! I'm a landlord and send a request to Inkster housing to raise the rent after my tenant had lived in my house for 2.5 years. For 6 months I couldn't get a response from them, I called, emailed and sent letters, nothing! Only after I sent a termination of lease they finally reacted. Absolutely non responsive, don't work with them!
