I had 15 sessions and my tattoo is still there at the cost $150 each. During my consultation, they said probably wouldn’t take more than eight. This is ridiculous. This tattoo should’ve been gone away long time ago. Then they told me they were closing another business was taking them over that means another consultation fee and who knows how many more laser removal appointments from that company. I am super disappointed now I have a faded tattoo left and I don’t want to get a cover.
This place is a scam. Go to the BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND check them out because they will harm you and your body. They scam people. They burned my skin 3rd degree and they promised me some after some after care. They just called me and lied, and said they no longer offer lazer hair removal.
Customer Service Review: I was really excited to begin my journey of removing a 20 year old tattoo on my neck today but unfortunately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I called the office about 30 minutes ahead of my appointment to let them know I'd be about 5-10 minutes late, and to see if that was okay. I was told it was fine and to come in.
