My HP printer will not work with the product shipped... Customer service response has been zero... in addition... it took a long 10 days for the shipment to arrive There are much better choices out there

I don't know about other models, but DO NOT by HP cartridges from this company - they are a waste of money. HP Printer firmware blocks them from working. You can apparently work around this somehow, but the process is daunting... and still didn't work. Avoid.
you can not trust this company. I purchased 3 original and 2 compatible ink for epson hd 15000 printer that should give high yeald but after 2 sets of passport size photo print inks are gone and can not print anymore. I feel I lost my money and I will never order to this company anymore
