This establishment does not deserve any stars. I booked an appt for this past Saturday (2/1/2025 ) for 12pm. I sure wished I would have read the reviews before I booked. Reviews are posted for a reason. My appt was with the owner (Natasha). I got there at 11:50am and they sat me in the chair around noon. A young lady came over and put the stencils of the tattoos. I booked an appointment with Jayd’n Party for two piercings, ended up not getting one (my choice, not their fault). I chose to just get my septum. Though I had an appointment at 12:15, they took a walk-in ahead of me and I was still waiting a little past 12:45. The guy had me lie down, he took some alcohol swabs to wipe down the area, all good. Piercings were done well and have healed fine so far, but when I asked a staff member about when I should downsize my jewelry, they said two weeks. Turns out it’s three months. Even though I haven’t had any complications, that kind of misinformation could end very badly for someone else. And when I did go for my downsize, I was almost pierced even though I only booked a jewelry change. Two stars because the shop is cool and the girls who work there are helpful and pretty. But the manager or whoever he is has no sense of professionalism or customer service which is backwards. Learn to respect peoples time when they set appointments especially if they call beforehand. Not shrug them off with silent hostility. Very weird
