This company continued to send us the wrong cartridge and argued that the one we are using is the same as the one they sent even though it is visibly the wrong size and shape. I asked to speak to a manager or owner and they refused.
Ordered their ink cartridges (4 in total) and they are horrible just a money grabber. Practically every print I made whether on paper or photo paper horrible will never order from them again a waste of money and you get what you pay for and it’s called cheap. Do not order this so disappointing it deserves no stars
