Inkeros is highly unprofessional for several reasons. Firstly, the base pay is inadequate. Secondly, the commission structure is misleading and unfair. Thirdly, crucial information is withheld prior to joining the company. Working overtime at McDonald's would yield higher earnings than at Inkeros.
