Soooo rude & disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Called before hand to let them know we would be driving from St Petersburg. Walked in told him hello, I’m the one who called about the tattoo, asked to use the restroom & I was denied & was told I had to pay first because “too many ppl use the restroom & then don’t want a tattoo”. There is really no excuse to treat a customer that way just because I didn’t start/pay for my tattoo YET. Would I drive at 1am to a tattoo shop to use the restroom 😂
