I first saw Alan about 18yrs ago with a frozen shoulder & lower back problems which were taken care of in a few visits. Have returned recently as my other shoulder is frozen & honestly after the first visit i could feel a difference, he is brilliant at what he does & i cannot recommend him highly enough.
