Been having a case with them they were good the first few months with contacting us and keeping us updated now we been in the dark they dont fill us in about anything and when we call they never take our call my son was 5 months old when we were tboned now he is 3 yrs old I'd feel better if they communicated with us

My car accident case has been ongoing for about a year, and during that time I've received little to no communication or updates. I met with an assistant from the office who promised they would take over my case, but I haven't heard back since. I call frequently and rarely get an answer or clear information. I expected better follow-through and professionalism. I'm disappointed and would not recommend this law office at this time. I genuinely hope sharing this review will help me finally get some assistance with my case
I have an ongoing case with this law office for almost two years now. I attended all of my therapy sessions and I still deal with back pain, but I haven’t received any updates on my case. I’ve called multiple times and left messages but I never get a call or email back. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My wife Florentina is very happy with the customer service provided by Shelby. She was always very helpful with my wife and very nice, friendly and cool. We thank her very much for always trying to help in any way she could and for tolerating and putting up with us as we weren't always very knowledgeable with how to navigate processes going back and forth on the phone. She is an awesome employee to have for your firm and company.
