Complaint: We were sold a defective Rear Glass Replacement Machine Nasan IS2-02 for $1895. This purchase is not a daily purchase for a cell phone repair store. The same machine is sold for $300 less on alibaba.com and the suppliers test the machine before shipping. The company failed to test the device as is customary practice by other industry wholesalers.
