Each session is customized to meet those needs by integrating various modalities of massage such as; Swedish massage, structural reintegration, deep tissue, acupressure, chronic pain relief, injury recovery pre and post natal massage, stress reduction and relaxation depending on the clients needs.

I'm a senior citizen with bilateral rotator cuff injuries. Had a massage yesterday by the owner, Tresa Beaver. She was able to quickly identify and apply effective combinations of pressure and stretching to problem muscles and joints, never exceeding my pain threshhold. She has obviously learned her connective tissue lessons. I've not had many massages due to a few disappointing past experiences that accomplished nothing and hers was the best I've ever received.
