I have previously been very happy with the service at Artisan Cotton Tree, but of recent times, was asked for my credit card details to book an appointment, when questioning this was told, if I didn’t give them 48 hours notice of cancellation I would be charged $80, whilst I understand in these times cancellations can be very frustrating, I feel as a previous customer who has not canceled, this should not apply.
