All about the money. Our appointment was from 2-3pm or something like that. I was 45 minutes late and called her--No answer--so I left a VERY apologetic message, paid for the session i missed and she didn't even call me back. Furthermore, I called her WITHIN the time frame of our appointment and SHE DIDNT ANSWER, but had to charge me around $250. At times I find myself unloading my car after a day of running errands. Instead of making several trips from car to home, I may try to carry everything that I had accumulated during my day from various places along my route. I recently had my first hypnotherapy session with Ingrid. I was very impressed with her level of detailed questions about my life going back decades. I left my session feeling much lighter and energetic. She also gave me some "homework" to utilize daily to connect to the same feeling I experienced when I left her office. Very professional therapist, nonjudgemental, and supportive. Great location in Denver in a warm, comfy office.

Ingrid is wonderful, professional and life changing. I am very appreciative of her tender guidance, to allow my autonomic nervous system to appropriately calm down. We are not in control in this part of our body, we can only work on this indirectly. There is no manual for how to deal with this ‘automatic’ part of ourselves, but this therapeutic technique has been the best thing I’ve found to reconstitute a healthy nervous system.
