N0 STARS unless I see a redemption aka Refund...not even licensed in Tennessee, accepted payment with understanding to represent, never showed up on behalf and claims file that he merged with other client from Kentucky to be represented, might be in 'storage'! It's an active case???? We're gonna see what the Bar Association thinks upon his next move.
