I’ve had two closings this year with Ingram and both were wonderful. Seamless experience on the first from start to finish, the second took longer due to problems with title history but glad they fixed the problem when it was discovered. Highly recommend this firm.

To be attorneys, they are very uneducated and clueless. I had a real estate deal fall through because they misinformed the buyer. The only nice and helping person is the receptionist who answers the phone. They have poor communication skills. When I called Robin out on her stupidity and baseless claim, she became flustered and irritated. Why does the seller need to know a buyer has liens?
