My father was here short term for rehabilitation from an injury. Often times staff would not take his vitals and mark that they did, the room wasn't cleaned for days at a time, meds were inconsistent or missing, etc. Some of the staff were okay but there is a lot of room for improvement. Facilities very outdated.
If you cannot check up in person with your loved one on at least a weekly basis, do not send them here because they don't answer the phone and you can't reach the rooms with any kind of call system. The staff need to be monitored to make sure they keep up with doctors instructions and other issues.
Don't answer the phone and when they do you can hear the staff talking in the background until they hang up on you. Not following doctor's instructions on how to care for my patient. Staff seem nice sometimes but overall not a place I would willingly send my loved one.
Always getting conflicting info from staff on policies, procedures, and order of operations. They don't answer their phones, I have to go in person to have questions answered.
Little to no training for management, and they opt to fire people in management or push them out the door that are trying to make a difference and choose to keep people in management positions in the building who are running out good employees because they don’t know how to be decent human beings and are “yes people”.
