I like this Ingles alot, but I LOVE our pharmacists there. Jan, in particular, is awesome! She has been a wonderful help for our family concerning our medicinal needs. More importantly, she seems to genuinely care about our family. I've been able to talk to her about my worries and she is a great confidant...always offering loving and sound advice. She is my most favorite pharmacist and I'm very thankful for her!
Ingles customer service is falling off a cliff. Check your receipts. Got overcharged twice tonight (and a lot-- over $10). When I mentioned it to the cashier they just looked at me with a dumb expression and suggested I go to customer service. I suggested they get a manager to come over. It was 10 PM and no one else in the store. The manager gave me cash back, and didn't utter a word. And the new checkout stands seem designed to make the customer do the work.
We ordered cupcakes for our daughter’s second birthday, and they came out perfectly! I even had to call in and edit my order, and they worked with my request in a super professional and friendly manner. The cupcakes were a huge hit! Thank you to the bakery staff. ☺️
I have never had a problem out of this store until tonight. I had got a special on subs that they have on Tuesdays. I was told by deli to take to cashier and it would be adjusted. So I take my subs to the cashier and try to get her to understand the special. after she was not getting it asked for a manager. she refused to get me a manager and proceeds to argue with me and I politely asked again for a manager.
