I shop at Ingles and I went shopping Monday June 10.Fro the Deli to checkout The attitude’s of the employee’s we’re not as good.So I started thinking that Ingles has Changed Store Manager’s. I don’t think Matt is the store manager and I believe the store is going down hill.
I live nearby so I would shop here I ordered a sub before, NEVER AGAIN got salad and fruit last week from salad bar, $8 for absolute junk Today decided to try the fried rice and sesame chicken Another mistake Will not be going there for lunch anymore The store is getting dirty, not one person cares what the salad bar looks like(lettuce brown) Chicken is hard Disgusting
This Ingle's is my all time favorite! The people, the store, the products! Tammy, in customer service, walked the store with me until we found exactly what I needed! Pam, in the deli, offered info that helped us nail it! The entire "vibe" of the store is upbeat. All the employees seem happy and more than ready to help you...most have been there over 10 years! The fact that there are fuel pumps just secures the reason I will never shop anywhere else. Thanks to you all!!!
I am very appreciative of the young man who checked out my groceries recently at the 3rd Street Ingles in Gaffney, SC. Thank you Connor Beason for being so kind to me. You helped to brighten my day!
I highly recommend this store. I fortunately had a very nice, helpful cashier, a young man, Connor. So polite. Just wish there were more employees like him!

Went to the Ingles deli yesterday morning..to get breakfast and the ladies were in the back preparing lunch I suppose that's what they were doing... But no one bothered to ask can we help you or someone will be with you shortly... This Ingles has the nastiest customer service when it comes to the customers... I am much rather spend a little more at the gas pump and get groceries out of town... Before I spend it here in my hometown and deal with rude people
Adele Marshall saw a store manager at the Kingsport Tennessee store ask a care giver of an individual with disabilities to remove him from the store because another customer said she would not shop as long as he was there. Ingles stores has an equality, diversity, and inclusion statement that says "we need to value people with different backgrounds, different races, and different abilities."
