Why is it every time I call at 8:45 the robot says call back during business hours 8:30-12 and 1-4:30. Ma'am this is business hours 🤷‍♀️

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of our stolen vehicle case, which was submitted to the prosecutor’s office in February. It has now been over two months, and there has been no communication or progress on the matter. The lack of updates or action is frustrating and unacceptable. Update 2.26.25 - after more reflection, it's not their fault that my husband died, but I still felt ignored and belittled. Changed rating from a 1 to a 3. Please be kinder. 🖤 Original review: I begged the prosecutors office for help and my pleas were ignored. Now my husband is dead. Thanks for ignoring and belittling victims. I begged the prosecutors office for help and my pleas were ignored. Now my husband is dead. Thanks for ignoring and belittling victims. Your victim "advocates" are a joke and made me feel terrible for asking for help (when they responded at all). His dad said he'd be alive if I never called the police. We'll never know.
