Ingenia is not the greatest at running an Over-55's retirement village. Mainly due to the fact that they tolerate under-55's (and we are talking way under 55) residing in the park, breaching their parents lease for over six months and don't seem to respond to concerns raised or move the underage parties on like they should. Especially given the under-55's pay no fees and yet use the facilities unattended while fee paying residents can miss out.
