This is a super place! A family member has lived here for 2 years, and it is the best "home-like" place in Camp Verde. Home cooked and individualized meals, caring and friendly staff, everything is always in order. Thanks for making my family member feel "at home".
My friends aunt was under inge care,all I heard was negative remarks about this facility, no cooked meals,medicine was never given at correct time, inge was never around when needed, I guess inge has a casino addiction and always gone with friends or to phx area,unfortunately his aunt passed away in her care,
Our family friend had loved one in this facility and we would often visit them as well to give the family member a break. Every time we would visit this friend who also became our friend move it find them eating rotten food. This food came from the food pantry because you would see the boxes. There were also cameras all over the home including the bathrooms which is an invasion of privacy for the residents and visitors. I have been visiting Inge care for the last 6 years as a hospice nurse to see patients at her facility. Inge is amazing and truly cares about her patients. A facility without skin breakdown is something important, besides good home cooked meals and compassion. I highly recommend her place.
