Leslie from Lake of the Ozarks infuze credit union is probably the worst representative of a bank that I have ever dealt with. Her lack of attention, detail, concern, empathy, professionalism, and response rate is by far the worst. By the time we were approved, we’d already closed the loan with another bank. don’t waste your time if time is important and it is not about time it’s about money. And they will take both of them.
I can tell you that Mrs. Jacqueline Dillon is an absoulte nightmare to deal with. When I finally was able to get over my anxiety of actually fixing my finances, she threatens me with messing my credit, and it has to be done now or blah blah blah. Typical Bank/Credit Union behavior. When you try and get back on your feet it's too late. "You should of called, you should of let us know, sorry we cant help you now." In the past few years I’ve used these folks for both auto and mortgage loans. They were responsive and helpful answering my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
I’ve had like 20 auto loans here I think and Amanda made my loan fast and easy. Explained everything perfectly and answered my questions. I will continue to do business here but they should make sure to keep her around.
🚨DO NOT USE INFUZE‼️ They added $5,933 to my loan 13 months after my loan started because they didn’t have my declaration letter even though they had proof of my insurance. I received a letter 2 days ago saying $5,933 would be added to my loan balance on March 23, 25 for insurance when I received the letter on April 7th, 25. All they had to do was reach out to State Farm, me by phone, email or a letter BEFORE they add 6k to my loan without my knowledge. I’m extremely upset and considering hiring an attorney.
