I was a victim of International Fraud through a Canadian Business, this happened around December 23rd 2021. I have since had issues with Customer Service as well as lack of security on my existing accounts. Description of Complaint: I was a victim of Fraud including Unauthorized Debit Card Transactions, as well as ID Theft and a victim of a Phishing E-Mail appearing to be from PayPal. I have tried numerous times to present my evidence to Infuze Credit Union and I have also hired an Internet Security Firm and I have paid for a Professional Security Report that details exactly how I fell victim and how my Personal and Financial Information was used by a scammer.
