Ignored known medical condition and repeatedly given infusion that was counter indicated after being reminded every visit until the last visit when I asked yet again as I did each time I went. They said they had been giving me the supplement I explicitly indicated at initial intake and every appointment after I could not have. They administer the supplement anyway without my consent.
