Beautiful space and the owner is very welcoming! I went for the rolling machine and loved it.
In 30 minutes on their infraslim machine I can burn 1000 cal, I love it because it’s basically cycling and is low impact on your body. The friendliest most down to earth people own this place and they are so accommodating and helpful. I also love the fact that they’re also on ClassPass!!
I tried the EMS and Infraslim X machines! Everything was explained to me and I felt so comfortable although it was a new experience. I definitely will be back!
