Nancy is great! Easy to work with/flexible on scheduling! My daughter had a sports injury and we were told to use infrared a few days after injury to speed up recovery.

Infrared Oasis is an outstanding small business offering the latest technology to make you healthier. Infrared sauna has shown to make you increase longevity as well as detox and ward off illness. It’s as easy and comfortable as being in a tanning bed. Nancy, the owner, runs an efficient, clean business and will help you understand the benefits and set up a program tailored to each individual. I am a regular customer and recommend highly.
I have had a great experience with the infared pod at Infared Oasis. In the winter especially the heat of the pod feels amazing, and is very relaxing. More importantly though, I went in with hip pain and my pain has gone away! I would definitely give this a try if you have any chronic pain or are trying to lose weight.
