I live near the INFRAMARK water plant in Katy, TX. (3562 Junction Bend Ln ) During a major repair, their trucks severely damaged my garden—no apology, no repairs. Since a recent hurricane, rats have infested the plant and are now entering my attic, pulling out insulation. I’ve installed ultrasound devices to deter them, but the problem persists. INFRAMARK has not responded to any concerns. This is unacceptable and needs urgent attention before I escalate to the BBB and health authorities.

I am in a new build in Crandall Tx. Infamark misplaced my paperwork and turned me off yesterday, discovered around 4:40pm. I called and was told that after hours would reconnect me. Now it is 2:45 and 6 calls later with different responses, the next day and I am still without water. Now I am being told by dispatch that someone came out yesterday and found nothing wrong. Then dispatch tells me that they will contact service to come out again. I have been without water in my new home almost 24 hours now!!!! 4694718683
