I am an attorney in solo private practice and had the opportunity to try several of InfoTrack's products as they were a 3rd party provider that synced with my firm's case management software. I have to say I was unimpressed and disappointed; the products do not provide any substantive support, i.e., you can do the same things on your own and not save any time and save a lot of money. I am giving the filing service 3 stars but I have run into problem after problem with the process serving team. It is crazy. I have had to call several times regarding issues such as: neglecting to input our firm's info on the proof of service when they file it with the court resulting in it being rejected (this happened about 3-4 times), forgetting to serve something and finally getting an attempt about 2 weeks later, server say "bad address" when we had something served at same address within the past week etc. I kept usin... read more
