Horrific experience in miami with a belligerent team of men and women! So rude. So confrontational. I watched them treat so many people poorly and exert power and influence without even listening. Truly obnoxious. I I could post a negative 5 I would after what I saw today!
The boat show was an absolute wreck this year. No employees had a clue as to what's going on. A total disaster. After 35 years this will be the last time I visit the Fort Lauderdale boat show
Awful communication and customer service and totally inflexible. No understanding for the needs of companies paying tens of thousands of dollars to them. Having a monopoly in the market should not allow for imposing anything no matter how.
