Jane was great, very informative and was able to pinpoint and relieve my pain
Fabulous prenatal and postnatal exercise and yoga classes. Very mom/baby centred and welcoming. Would highly recommend to any new mom looking to ease back into exercise in a safe and non-intimating space. All staff are approachable and friendly.
Molly is the best masseuse I’ve ever had!! She is super professional, caring, and adaptable! I went to my massage this time with my baby since I had no one to look after him during the hour, thinking it would be really difficult to accommodate the massage with a baby present but Molly made it super easy! She helped me stay calm when he was fussing but also get into different positions so I could hold/comfort/nurse him while she still did massage, and he ended up loving the calm atmosphere so much he even fell asleep! Jane is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. She is gentle, kind, very very knowledgeable, able to quickly and accurately diagnose challenges, and excellent at administering gentle soft tissue and chiropractic treatments. Highly recommend.
