I love going to see Pam in Rockdale as I know I'll be pain and sore free after a session with her! You can tell when a professional do just a job or a job with passion and love! Highly recommended for a relax or sport massage!

I see Pam at In Focus Recovery and she is absolutely amazing! Such a kind and caring person who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her field. She is highly skilled in remedial massage and dry needling and I always leave feeling better. I am a soccer player and Pam’s treatments are staple in my recovery routine. She has helped me manage my achilles tendonitis and lower back pain as well as general muscle soreness. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting an experienced remedial massage therapist.
