Excellent customer service - Had a quality issue with an item from a European brand. Jason was incredibly helpfully in working with the brand to have them accept the return and issue a new item. They went above and beyond to help with the issue that was not any fault of theirs. Highly recommend

Visiting from out of town and appreciated the very helpful service at 1st!! The sales person was amazing!! Too bad it all turned around so quickly!! The Business owner ( manager) took no time following me around the store, as he watch me on camera from his tablet as he sat in the back. I thought nothing of it.
