I received my board within 14 days of ordering and couldn't be happier with it. My only concern is it didn't come with a tether however that could have just been missed in the packing so I will inquire. The board is easy to transport, inflate and repack. My old one was very hard to repack nicely. The bag with this board has wheels which is very helpful. Excellent customer support! I ordered a Boardworks SHUBU Great Bear board and it was delivered to my door one week later. Unfortunately the backpack bag was moldy (must've gotten wet and sat in a warehouse) and the board came with the wrong fin. I emailed customer support and recieved a phone call back 2 hours later. The next day a new bag and the correct fin were shipped and I received them a week later. That's how customer support should be done. I'm very happy with the board and with this company.
