Manager was RUDE and TACTLESS. He admonished my wife in front our daughter(on her birthday) and all her friends for not paying a $30 self catering cake fee, which we knew nothing about. Won't be back. EDIT(Following the managers reply below): The manager seems to have very confidently confused our group for another, which is rather disappointing but I guess not at all surprising. We’ve taken a number of participants to Inflatable Funhouse and always have a great experience. The facility is exceptionally clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the inflatables are suitable for both kids and adults. We also love that outside food and drinks are allowed, which makes planning outings much easier. Highly recommend!!!

We went here today! Three mums, 6 children. The kids had so much fun and the staff were lovely. I love that there is a low inflatable in the middle, so parents can see/supervise across all the space. A really pleasant experience for all.
