Manager was RUDE and TACTLESS. He admonished my wife in front our daughter(on her birthday) and all her friends for not paying a $30 self catering cake fee, which we knew nothing about. They turn off hot food 2.5hrs before they close they charge $2 for a jug of water that would be poured from the sink
We’ve taken a number of participants to Inflatable Funhouse and always have a great experience. The facility is exceptionally clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the inflatables are suitable for both kids and adults. We also love that outside food and drinks are allowed, which makes planning outings much easier. Highly recommend!!!
