terrible customer service and not a good experience with any inflatable we have bought with them. ninja and cutting edge are much better but they too have issues with customer service but the overall product is much better
We purchased three inflatables from Inflatable depot. The Challenger actually started smoking in our arena and fortunatelat one of our employees caught it before it went up in flames. The place smelled like smoke for weeks which is awful for a childrens play center. They replaced a part an assured us that it was fixed and it happened again. They then replaced the electrical unit and assured us that it was again fixed. It started to smoke again and I advised that we needed a refund.
