I've been going to this location for years. The service is excellent, Michelle as Manager is Professional and Accommodating. Had a few problems before she became Manager, but it was handled efficiently. No problem at all with the Service. Even the Security Guard was on point directing, answering questions. All around good Staff, Professional Behavior and Service.
this Credit Union is convenient for me because I live in Clinton and I ranked with affiliate and I was just way down on Crain Highway so this is closer for me the service is always good although some of the tellers are nonchalant but the security guards oh my God she is the best she is always sweet always present herself as a Godly person she helps you out she gives you the receipts to fill out for your accounts and she's always so polite and the man as well when you come in the ladies and the counter are like for like and t... read more
Been coming here 2 years and hate it...They move slow and the workers always act so hateful, their attitudes suck. Ms Ebony has no customer service skills at all. If I didn't have to come here I would have been stop coming here
Opening an account here is like applying for child support, bring proof of your grandmother is alive . I don't recommend this place to anyone anymore. Embarrassing.
Teller Tejan is a real respectable young lady and said private things softly including counting my cash back. I really appreciate her approach. She's a gem! Management in the making for sure!!!
