Came in to deposit a check for a different credit union and everyone was super friendly. Quickest Check deposit experience I’ve had in nova.
Wait times have been a lot longer since they closed their other locations, specifically the marlow heights branch. Overall, a great credit union.
Do NOT work with this federal credit union. They are incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. My card was compromised and when I spoke with a representative, they informed me that I would have to pay $45 to have it expedited. After voicing my concerns over having to pay to expedite my debit card, while my account is completely unusable, I was put on a 10 minute hold. My first time coming to this location and if you want to receive service BEYOND EXCELLENCE, this is the Bank for you. I have been Blessed to have Carla for my Bank Teller. The approach to her counter you just feel appreciated. Carla us knowledgeable, caring, kind, thoughtful, great listener, determined to resolve any issues and very patient.
