Staff are lovely people but not competent to do bank operations for me. Hours spent with staff (Fredericksburg) trying to get their banking website to function so I may do banking and bill pay. Tedious moving all my auto-pay accounts from BankofAmerica to Infirst FCU (10 accounts) but could not get InFirst bill pay to function. See photos - as I moved to “bill pay” - site would not “populate.” After about 2 weeks - decided to move my checking and savings to Chase.
