In response to your reply on my husband’s review- My husband could not call a day before hand because it was SUNDAY, and he started not feeling good LATE MONDAY MORNING. As soon as he started having symptoms, both he and I immediately attempted to reach your office (around 11am), but did not receive a phone call back until 30 minutes after his scheduled appointment (1:30pm). Im a combat veteran have been seeking help for a few years after being exposed to burn pits. I had an appointment today but unfortunately due to the fact that I have some days where my health takes a turn for the worst I couldn’t make it in. I tried calling multiple times in advance. I was willing to pay the $85 to reschedule but they refused even that. They were very rude to my wife as well. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend. Our vets of war deserve better treatment and UNDERSTANDING than what this place offers.
Dr. Powell is the BEST dr. EVER. He's been my only "go to" Dr. for over 20 years for ANY issue. Mainly because he actually CARES about people. He has degrees and education accross multiple areas (nutrition, psychology, medicine, massage, etc) so he can catch things other drs would miss. He has a wholistic approach and tries to find inexpensive routes for patients to heal. I don't want him too busy to see me, as word of him spreads...so I hesitate to leave this review for that reason only.
